Does your Special Needs child have a sibling between the ages of 7 to 17? If so, then they might benefit from time with other kids who understand what having a Special Needs brother or sister is like. The time includes social time – games, snacks, etc. (a time for friendships to be born) and a time of discussion overseen by Jodi Smith a caring Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor. Nothing too serious, but we are smart enough to know that our kids would be better served by having this group facilitated by a professional.
Please join our Facebook group to RSVP to this event at least ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE as there is paperwork that must be completed prior to your attendance of your first session. CLICK HERE
Have you ever wished that someone could teach your Special Needs child music? To have an opportunity to play an instrument or sing under the direction of someone who understands that when your child expresses themselves it may not look or sound like what it does for everyone else?
This Music class is under the direction of, Dennis Thomsen a retired Music teacher who previously has taught Special Needs children.
