Music Appreciation

Have you ever wished that someone could teach your Special Needs child music? To have an opportunity to play an instrument or sing under the direction of someone who understands that when your child expresses themselves it may not look or sound like what it does for everyone else?

We have been blessed to have an opportunity to have a Music class under the direction of, Dennis Thomsen a retired Music teacher who previously has taught Special Needs children. Out of the kindness of his heart he is offering this 30 minute class for only $5 per child. However, the class is limited to 12 Special Needs children and since this class will most likely be at full capacity each and every time it is offered we are asking that (see below):

1.You come with an open mind and heart. What this group offers exactly and what it will look like will be a work in progress. We are privileged to even have this opportunity.

2.You are willing to stay with and assist your child as they attend this class. Should your child come and for whatever reason not desire to participate in any portion of this class please do not be discouraged but do ensure that you stay with them at all times while at the venue.
